1. OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)- GENERAL
No. of Vacancies: 80 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelors’ Degree in Law, Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering from a recognized University, CA/ CFA/ CS/ Cost Accountant.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 29/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.28150 — Rs.55600
2. OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)- LEGAL
No. of Vacancies: 34 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 29/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.28150 — Rs.55600
3. OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
No. of Vacancies: 22 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science) OR Masters in Computers Application OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum 02 years duration) in Computers/ Information Technology.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 29/02/2020.

4. OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)- ENGINEERING
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (Civil-01, Electrical-04)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 29/02/2020.

5. OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)- RESEARCH
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance)/ Econometrics from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 29/02/2020.

6. OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)- OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s Degree level from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 29/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.28150 — Rs.55600
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will undergo Probation of two years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Phase I (On-line Screening Examination), Phase II (On-line Examination) and Phase III (Interview). The Phase I On-line Screening Examination will be held on April 12th, 2020 and Phase II On-line Examination will be held on May 03rd, 2020. The examination will be held at various centers across India.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) —www.sebi.gov.in

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates). Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) — www.sebi.gov.in (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 07/03/2020 to 23/03/2020 EXTENDED TO 31/05/2020.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (SEBI) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
