Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRML) invites online application for 40 posts of State Project Manager (Value Chain & Forward Linkage/ Enterprise Promotion/ Social Management Framework & Gender), Project Manager (Capacity Building for Model CLF/ Insurance/ Pension/ Organic Village Clusters/ Livelihoods Training & Capacity Building), Young Professional, District Functional Expert (Non-Farm) and Block Coordinator (Organic Farming/ Forward Linkage). The vacancies are under the National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for One year, which may further be extended, subject to satisfactory performance and duration of the project. 1. STATE PROJECT MANAGER (VALUE CHAIN & FORWARD LINKAGE)

Educational Qualification: i) Post-Graduate degree in Agri-business Management/ Rural Management/ Rural Marketing or MBA in Marketing.
ii) Candidate with PG in Agriculture or Veterinary Science will be prefened.
Experience: Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and maximum 45 years as on 01/04/2020.

2. STATE PROJECT MANAGER (ENTERPRISE PROMOTION)

Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance/ Rural Management/ Marketing/ Supply Chain Management or CA/ ICWA.
Experience: Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 32 years and maximum 45 years as on 01/04/2020.

9. DISTRICT FUNCTIONAL EXPERT (NON-FARM)

10. BLOCK COORDINATOR (ORGANIC FARMING)

11. BLOCK COORDINATOR (FORWARD LINKAGE)

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Agri. Science/ Forestry/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 42 years as on 01/04/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.21560 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC/ PWD category.
The vacancies are under the National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for One year, which may further be extended, subject to satisfactory performance and duration of the project.
The candidates selected for the posts of District Functional Expert (Non-Farm) and Block Coordinators under NRETP will be posted in the specific Districts and specific Blocks of five districts of Assam, namely Dhemaji, Hailakandi, Nagaon, Tinsukia and Udalguri only.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Group Discussion/ Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview.
