THDC INDIA LIMITED INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 14 EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- PERSONNEL/ PUBLIC RELATIONS. LAST DATE — 30/06/2020

1. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- PERSONNEL

No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02, EWS-01)

Educational Qualification: i) MBA with specialization in Personnel Management (HR as main or Major subject)/ HRD/ HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Welfare or 02 years full time post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/ Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHROD from recognized University or Institute recognized with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/ OGPA and also not less than 65% marks in XII and X examinations.
ii) Candidates are required to appear in the UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET)- of June-2020 in the corresponding paper i.e. Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour & Social Welfare/ Human Resources Management (Subject Code 55).

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/04/2020.

Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.180000

 

2. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- PUBLIC RELATIONS

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with 02 years Full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in PR/ Mass Communication or Journalism from recognized University or Institute with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/ OGPA and also not less than 65% marks in XII and X examinations.
ii) Candidates are required to appear in the UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET)- of June-2020 in the corresponding paper i.e. Mass Communication & Journalism (Subject Code 63).

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/04/2020.

Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.180000

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

The selected candidates will be required to undergo One year training at various Units/ Projects/ Offices. The candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000- 1,60,000/- during the period of training. On successful completion of training candidates will be placed as Sr. Officer in Personnel/ Social discipline/ Corporate Communication at various Units/ Projects/ Offices of the company based on requirement.

Note:-
i) Final Year/ Semester students of academic year 2019-2020, who expect their results by August- 2020 may also be considered eligible to apply, provided they obtain minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all semesters/ years up to pre-final examination at the time of applying for any of the above posts.

ii) Only UGC- NET of June 2020 (to be conducted on 15th June, 2020 to 20th June, 2020) score is valid. Score from any previous UGC- NET examination is not valid.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the corresponding paper of UGC-NET – June-2020, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
