ICAR – Directorate of Rapseed-Mustard Research is inviting application for 11 posts of Resident Consultant, Research Associate (RA)/ Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Data Entry Operator and Accountant (Finance & Account).
1. RESIDENT CONSULTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Guwahati or Jorhat)
Educational Qualification: i) Ph. D in Agriculture.
ii) Proficiency in computer and data analysis.
ii) Proficiency in computer and data analysis.
Experience: Ten years professional experience.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.105000 per month.
2. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE/ SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (01 post each at Sonitpur, Jorhat, Darrang, Golaghat, Dhubri, Marigaon, Sivasagar and other districts as per need)
Educational Qualification: i) Ph.D in Agriculture for Research Associate post OR M.Sc. in Agriculture for Senior Research Fellow post.
ii) Proficiency in computer and data management.
ii) Proficiency in computer and data management.
Experience: i) Experience in data collection.
ii) Experience in conducting training, developing modules and technical literature, report writing, etc.
ii) Experience in conducting training, developing modules and technical literature, report writing, etc.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.60000 per month for Research Associate and Rs.45000 per month for Senior Research Fellow.
3. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE/ SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ICAR-DRMR Bharatpur) (May be placed in project area of Assam as per need)
Educational Qualification: i) Ph.D in Agriculture for Research Associate post OR M.Sc. in Agriculture for Senior Research Fellow post.
ii) Proficiency in computer and data management.

Experience: i) Experience in data collection.
ii) Experience in conducting training, developing modules and technical literature, report writing, etc.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.60000 per month for Research Associate and Rs.45000 per month for Senior Research Fellow.
4. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ICAR-DRMR Bharatpur) (May be placed in project area of Assam as per need)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate having good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point).
ii) Have sufficient knowledge of mail vizard possess, good communication and presentation skill.
iii) Have good typing speed, both English and Hindi.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.18000 per month
5. ACCOUNTANT (FINANCE & ACCOUNT)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Guwahati or Jorhat)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Commerce or related field.
Experience: At least 05 years experience in accountancy.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.60000 per month
The vacancies are for the project “Consulting services for technical advisory support on Augmenting Rapeseed-Mustard Production of Assam Farmers for Sustainable Livelihood Security” funded by World Bank through Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART). The posts are on Temporary/ Ad-hoc basis and extendable up to the project period subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
