Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) invites online application for 14 posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Stenographer, Senior Stenographer and Assistant .
1. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (General-02, PwD-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 12th class or equivalent from recognized Board/ University.
ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m.in Hindi, on computer.
Desirable: Certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer Application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200
2. JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (General)
Educational Qualification: i) 12th pass from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Diploma Certificate Course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer Application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200
3. SENIOR STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (General)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree from a recognized University.
ii) Diploma/ certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer Application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 — Rs.34800
4. ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (General-04, SC-01, OBC-01, PwD-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University.
Desirable: i) Diploma/ Certificate in Travel and Tourism from a recognized Institution.
ii) Knowledge of financial/ Service rules/ Indian history/ heritage/ culture.
iii) Three years experience of dealing with cultural activities, organizing festivals and exhibitions/ international relations/ personnel, administrative/ financial matters etc.
iv) Certificate course from recognized University/ Institute in Computer Application.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 — Rs.34800
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Examination (Tier I), Skill Test (Tier II) and Document Verification. Skill Test Norms for Junior Stenographer:- Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. and Transcription: 50 mts (English), 65 mts (Hindi), only on computer. Skill Test Norms for Senior Stenographer:- Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 w.p.m. and Transcription: 60 mts (English), 75 mts (Hindi), only on computer.
