ICMR – National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR) is inviting application for 24 posts of Scientist – ‘C’ (Medical- Microbiology), Scientist – ‘B’ (Non Medical), Project Officer/ Section Officer, Project Technical Assistant, IT Manager/ Web Manager, Senior Project Assistant/ Upper Division Clerk and Multi Tasking Staff

1. SCIENTIST – ‘C’ (MEDICAL- MICROBIOLOGY)

No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (MD/ MS/ DNB) in Microbiology after MBBS.

Desirable: Experience in Govt., autonomous, PSU etc. recognized organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.64000 per month

 

2. SCIENTIST – ‘B’ (NON MEDICAL)

No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.

Educational Qualification: 1st Class Masters Degree in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology from a recognized University with 02 years’ experience in any laboratory.
OR
2nd Class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with Ph.D in relevant subject from a recognized University.

Desirable: Experience in Govt., autonomous, PSU etc. recognized organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.48000 per month

 

3. PROJECT OFFICER/ SECTION OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: One year experience.

Desirable: Experience in Govt., autonomous, PSU etc. recognized organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.32000 per month

 

4. PROJECT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Science/ Engineering/ IT from a recognized University.

Experience: One year work experience.

Desirable: Experience in Govt., autonomous, PSU etc. recognized organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.31000 per month

 

5. IT MANAGER/ WEB MANAGER

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree or Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Science from a recognized Institution/ University.

Experience: One year experience in relevant areas.

Desirable: NET/ ASP.NET/ PHP/ java/ DotNET.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.32500 per month

 

6. SENIOR PROJECT ASSISTANT/ UPPER DIVISION CLERK

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.

Educational Qualification: i) 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with 02 years of experience OR Graduate in any discipline with 01 year experience.
ii) A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour (KDPH) on computer.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.17000 per month

 

7. MULTI TASKING STAFF

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.

Educational Qualification: High School or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 18/05/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.15800 per month

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

 

The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of Six (06) Months which may be further extended as per requirement, if any.
