Indian Army, Army Recruiting Office Hamirpur invites online application for Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Ammunition Examiner) (AT), Soldier Technical (Aviation) (‘X’ Group) and Soldier Technical (Nursing Assistant). Army Recruitment Rally for the posts will be held from 06th October, 2020 to 14th October, 2020 at Paddal Ground, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh). 1. SOLDIER TECHNICAL
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years
2. SOLDIER TECHNICAL (AMMUNITION EXAMINER) (AT)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years
3. SOLDIER TECHNICAL (AVIATION) (‘X’ GROUP)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years
4. SOLDIER TECHNICAL (NURSING ASSISTANT)
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject.
OR
ii) 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botony, Zoology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject.
Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years
Only Male candidates of districts of Hamirpur, Bilaspur and Una of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply.
Note:- Married candidates below 21 years of age are not eligible for enrolment into the Army.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 163 cms (157 cms for Indian Gorkha and 162 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 48 kgs
Note: Relaxation in physical standard will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Army Recruitment Rally consisting of Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Medical Test and Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE). Army Recruitment Rally for the posts will be held from 06th October, 2020 to 14th October, 2020 at Paddal Ground, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh).

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO INDIAN ARMY, ARMY RECRUITING OFFICE HAMIRPUR AT THIS STAGE.
