JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 170 Nos.

Educational Qualification: i) Must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST candidates) in degree examination.
ii) The candidates must possess a minimum 06 (six) months Diploma/ Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized Institute. The candidate must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent of any operating system, i.e. MS Windows, Linux, MAC etc.) such as Word Processor, Spread Sheet, presentation graphics, concept of database, internet and email.
iii) The candidates should be having Registration Number in employment exchange in the state of Assam.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2020.

Pay Scale: Rs.14000 — Rs.49000

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC/ MOBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Practical Test and Precis Writing Test. The Written Test will be held in the District Headquarters of Assam and Computer Practical Test and Precis Writing test will be held centrally in Guwahati.
