INDUSTRIAL CHEMIST
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-A-01)
Educational Qualification: i) A Second Class Master’s Degree in Chemistry of a recognised University or an equivalent degree.
ii) Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).
Desirable: Experience in analytical and research work.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.9000 — Rs.40500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST of West Bengal, 03 years for OBC of West Bengal and upto the age of 45 years for PWD category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection:
Selection of candidates will be through Interview. If the number of applications received is large and it is not conveniently possible to interview all the applicants the Commission may restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of either higher qualification/ higher marks/ grade obtained or on the basis of a Preliminary Screening Test (PST).

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs. 160/-.
