West Bengal Forest is inviting application for 2000 posts of Bana Sahayak. The candidates will be appointed purely on Contractual basis initially for a period of One (01) year. The contract may be continued on annual basis on recommendation of the Head of Office where the candidate is engaged. No. of Vacancies: 2000 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed at least Class 8th exam from a recognized School.
ii) Permanent address of applicants should be within the State of West Bengal.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10000 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST category.
The candidates will be appointed purely on Contractual basis initially for a period of One (01) year. The contract may be continued on annual basis on recommendation of the Head of Office where the candidate is engaged.
The selected candidates are likely to be ordinarily posted in the same District as their place of residence, or in nearby districts within the same Administrative Division. However, the candidates must be prepared for working anywhere in the State. The Administrative Division wise name of districts are given below:-
i) Presidency Division:- Howrah, Nadia, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas and Kolkata.
ii) Medinipur Division:- Bankura, Jhargram, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medinipur and Purulia.
iii) Burdwan Division:- Birbhum, Paschim Bardhaman, Purba Bardhaman and Hooghly.
iv) Malda Division:- Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda, Murshidabad and Uttar Dinajpur.
v) Jalpaiguri Division:- Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Kalimpong.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening, Evaluation- cum- Interview and Personality Test.
