The appointments will initially be made on purely temporary basis but are likely to be made permanent. 1. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

No. of Vacancies: 153 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Madhyamik Pass and one year Diploma in Computer Application and must possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour on computer

Age Limit: 18 – 40 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.22700 — Rs.58500

 

2. SYSTEM ANALYST

No. of Vacancies: 3 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Application

Experience: Minimum five years’ working experience in the field of programming/software development in any Public Sector Undertaking or Government or statutory body or in any Company, registered under the Companies Act.

Age Limit: 26 – 40 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.56100 — Rs.144300

 

3. SENIOR PROGRAMMER

No. of Vacancies: 1 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Application.
Must possess a ten years’ working experience in the field of programming/software package customization with special knowledge in Operating System (Windows, Linux, MaC, OS, RDBMS like ORACLE, SQL, Server etc.) as well as working experience in any Public Sector Undertaking or Government or statutory body or in any Company, registered under Companies Act. Eligible System Analyst (Programming) may also apply for this post

Age Limit: 31 – 45 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.67300 — Rs.173200

 

4. SYSTEM MANAGER

No. of Vacancies: 2 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Application

Experience: 10 years’ working experience in the field of programming/software package customization with special knowledge in Operating System (Windows, Linux, MaC, OS, RDBMS like ORACLE, SQL, Server etc.) in any Public Sector Undertaking or Government or statutory body or in any Company, registered under Companies Act. Eligible System Analyst (Programming) may also apply for this post.

Age Limit: 31 – 45 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.67300 — Rs.173200

 

Examination Fee:
(i) Data Entry Operator – Rs.800/- (Rs.400 for SC/ST of West Bengal)
(ii) System Analyst – Rs.1200/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST of West Bengal)
(iii) Senior Programmer – Rs.1500/- (Rs.700 for SC/ST of West Bengal)
(iv) System Manager – Rs.1500/- (Rs.700/- for SC/ST of West Bengal)

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Competitive Test and viva-voce, wherever applicable.
