- Medical Technologist : 10+2 with Science ( Physics , Chemistry , Maths / Biology) + Diploma medical laboratory Technology Or BMLT Or B.Sc in MLT
- Data Entry Operator : Graduate + 1 year Diploma /Certificate course in computer application from register Govt institution + minimum 3 years experience in government sector for 5 years experience in private sector + English Typing Speed 30 words per minute

- Medical Microbiologist : 18 to 40 Years
- Medical Technologist : 18 to 40 years
- Data entry operator : 18 to 40 years
- Age relaxation for reserved candidates government rules.
