NTA will start filling the NEET 2021 application form from July 13. NEET 2021 dates will be announced at neet.nta.nic.in. NTA NEET 2021 admit card will be issued a few days before the exam in online mode. Last year, a total of 15.97 lakh candidates had registered for the exam.
Through NEET UG Exam 2021, admission is available for 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 Veterinary seats. Admission to 1899 AIIMS MBBS and 249 JIPMER MBBS seats will also be available through NEET 2021 exam. NEET answer key will be released by NTA after the exam is over. Candidates who qualify NEET 2021 cutoff will be successful in the entrance exam.
Candidates shortlisted by the Medical Counseling Committee on the basis of NEET rank will be called for NEET 2021 counseling against 15% All India Quota, Deemed/Central University, ESIC/AFMS Institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER seats. For the remaining 85% seats and private university seats, counseling will be conducted by the respective State Counseling Committees. July 12, 2021: NEET 2021 application process will start from July 13, NEET 2021 will be conducted on September 12.
July 7, 2021: NTA has issued a notice regarding a fake notification of NEET 2021 exam date circulating on the internet. As per the official notification, the officials are still in the process of finalizing an exam date for NEET 2021. NTA has advised candidates not to pay attention to such false and misleading information.

April 30, 2021: Due to rising cases of COVID, aspirants have started demanding postponement of NEET 2021. Many NEET aspirants have tweeted to postpone NEET 2021 because due to the postponement of board exam, candidates will get less time to prepare for NEET.

What is NEET?
The full form of NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Be aware that MBBS is the most popular medical course after 12th and admission is done through NEET. It is the only UG level undergraduate medical program in the country to be conducted for admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses - BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BVSC and AH. It is mandatory for candidates wishing to appear in NEET 2021 exam to fulfill all the prescribed eligibility conditions attached to it. NEET eligibility includes nationality, age of the candidate, category and educational eligibility, subjects studied in the qualifying exam, etc. NEET 2021 Eligibility Criteria is explained below in detail point wise.
Minimum Age Limit – Candidates age should be at least 17 years as on 31st December 2021.
Maximum Age Limit - The decision on the upper age limit is still pending in the Supreme Court. There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its decision on it.
Nationality- Indian Citizen, Non Resident Indian (NRI), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), People of Indian Origin (PIO), Foreign Citizen are eligible for NEET 2021.
Qualifying Examination - Candidates who have passed or appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination are eligible to appear in NEET UG 2021.
Subjects studied- Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
Minimum Marks Required in the Qualifying Examination-Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The minimum marks required for SC, ST, OBC-NCL category candidates is 40%.
Many NEET aspirants appear for the NEET exam after dropping a year in the midst of their preparation, some while pursuing their degree and some while pursuing 10+2 with open schooling. How to fill NEET Application Form 2021?
NEET 2021 Registration: To start the NEET registration process 2021, candidates need to login to the NTA website. After login, candidates will be asked to fill personal, identity and contact details on the registration page.
Filling the Application Form: After registration, candidates will be redirected to the page of NEET UG application form containing category, nationality, state code, choice of exam cities, choice of language for question paper, educational qualification and parents Required to fill in the information like details of.
Uploading of Images: The third step of filling the NEET 2021 application form involves uploading the scanned images. The requirements for uploading images should be read carefully to avoid cancellation of the application form.
Application Fee: NEET 2021 Application Form Fee will be paid in online mode. Candidates can make the payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net-Banking/UPI or Service Provider. After successful payment, a confirmation page will be generated which confirms the successful submission of NEET application form. Candidates who fail to pay the application fee before the last date or by the last date, their application form will be treated as incomplete and will be rejected. Expect to get more than 15 lakh registrations in NEET 2021. NEET 2020 had seen an increase of 5.13% as compared to its total number of registered candidates last year. Of the 15.97 lakh candidates who had registered for the NEET exam last year, 13.66 lakh appeared in the exam.
Nationality wise NEET registration statistics: Of the total 15.93 lakh students who registered for NEET exam last year, majority were Indians. In addition, 1869 NRI students had registered for NEET, besides 878 foreigners, 732 Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and 49 Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).
Gender-Wise NEET Registration: Last year 8.8 lakh female and 7.16 lakh male candidates had registered for the NEET exam. This trend is expected to continue in NEET 2021 as well.
Language-Wise NEET Registration: Apart from Hindi and English, NEET exam is also conducted in 9 regional languages. In 2020, 12.63 lakh candidates were registered to appear for NEET in English language and 2.04 lakh for appearing in Hindi language. Whereas a total of 1.29 lakh candidates had applied to take the NEET exam in regional languages.

Lightweight clothes with half sleeves can be worn. Clothing with full sleeves will not be allowed.
