CTET Eligibility Criteria
For Primary Teacher Post (Class 1 to Class 5)
- Candidates must pass class 12 (10+2) Exam with 50% marks and have a diploma in elementary education. OR
- Candidates pass the 12th exam with 45% marks and appearing in Elementary Education NCTE Diploma. OR
- Candidates pass 12th exam with 50% marks and appearing in 4 Years B.El.Ed Courses. OR
- Candidates pass 12th exam with 50% marks and appearing in the Final year of Diploma in Education for Special. OR
- Candidates have a Graduation Degree with B.Ed.
For Elementary Teacher Post (Class 5 to Class 8)
- Candidates have graduation Degree and Passed or appearing in Elementary Education diplomas. OR
- Candidates have a graduation Degree and appearing in One Year B.Ed Course. OR
- Candidates have a graduation Degree with 45% and 1 Year B.Ed by NCTE. OR
- Candidates pass class 12th with 50% marks and 4 Years B.El.Ed Course. OR
- Candidates passed 12th with 50% marks and Complete or appearing in BA/B.Sc B.Ed Degree. OR
- Candidates have a Graduation Degree with 50% marks and 1 Year B.Ed Course in Special Education.
