Documents to be Uploaded
Applicants are required to upload the following documents (self-attested) at the time of application submission-
- High School Marksheet
- 10+2/ Intermediate Marksheet
- Marksheet
- Valid and Active Certificate issued by MP Paramedical Council.
- Domicile of Madhya Pradesh
- Caste/ category certificate issued by the competent authority.
- In case there is information printed on the backside of the certificate/ document, then candidates are advised to upload the same as well.
- Candidates must possess all the required documents as of the last date of application.
- The experience of the applicants will be considered only after considering the mandatory qualification.
Application Process for NHM MP ANM Recruitment 2022?
The application will be submitted through the candidate’s login and login will be possible only after the registration process. Check the registration and application submission process shared here-
Registration
Candidates new on the portal have to register first.
- Step I- Open the official MP NHM SAMS website.
- Step II- Search for the Recruitment option and click on Apply Now link given, therefore.
- Step III- Click on the Register button.
- Step IV- Fill in details- Full name, email id, mobile no., password and mark the conditions link. Click on the Sign In button.
- Step V- After successful registration, candidates will receive login details on the registered email and mobile no.
Application
- Step I- Now, click on Apply now link.
- Step II- Enter log in details i.e. registered mobile number and password. Click on the Sign In button.
- Step III- Now, go to the Lab Technician application form.
- Step IV- Fill out the application details carefully and select the preferred exam centre.
- Step V- Upload the scanned image of all the required documents.
- Step VI – Aftre filling in the details and uploading documents submit the application form.
- Step VII- Take the printout of the application form and keep it safe for the references in future.
