1) Kerala Higher Education Minister R Bindu announced that girl students above the age of 18 years would get maternity leave of 60 days.

➨The required attendance percentage for women students will be 73 per cent, including the menstrual leave, as against 75 per cent earlier.

5) Electronics and information technology secretary Alkesh Kumar Sharma has launched the technology for Air Quality Monitoring System (AI-AQMS v1.0).

6) Tata Boeing Aerospace Limited (TBAL) has delivered the first fuselage for six AH-64 Apache attack helicopters ordered by the Indian Army from its state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad.

11) AD Damodaran, leading scientist and former director of the CSIR-National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST), passed away at the age of 87.

12) Indian Navy's fifth stealth Scorpene class Submarine INS Vagir was commissioned into the Indian Navy at the Naval Dockyard Mumbai in the presence of Adm R Hari Kumar, Chief of the Naval Staff.
