24. HEAD CONSTABLE (RADIOGRAPHER)

ii) Degree or Diploma Certificates programmes in veterinary radiography from a recognised Institution.
Desirable: One year experience in the field of Radiographer from a recognised Hospital or Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 31/08/2020.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The posts are Temporary but likely to become Permanent. Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.

Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cm (162.5 cm for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cm (76 cm for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85 cm (81 cm for ST); Weight — Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm (150 cm for ST candidates); Weight — Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Trade Test, Screening of Documents and Medical Examination. The Written Examination will be held on 20/12/2020 in the following cities:- New Delhi, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Jammu, Prayagraj, Ajmer, Nagpur, Muzaffarpur and Pallipuram.
